What is a "Buyer Property Alert"?
A Buyer Property Alert is an automated email delivery system that finds and delivers property listings to you, once a week, typically Fridays. It enables buyers to receive emails of properties matching their desired customised criteria, and for sellers to receive more enquiries from prospects who are interestedin either purchasing or renting their property.

How does it work? 
Simply fill in the Buyer Alert criteria form and our automated system will search the database and email you a list of properties that match, every week. The email you receive will contain links to detailed full page listings on our site. 

A Buyer Property Alert is a free service that is active for 3 months and can be cancelled at any time by following the links provided within the actual email you receive from us.
